TAP GAMES – TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Effective Date: 6 May 2026
1. PARTIES AND PLATFORM
1.1 These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of the TAP GAMES platform located at tapgames.co ("Platform").
1.2 The Platform is operated by TAP GAMES LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Global Competition World Pty Ltd (ABN 32 693 769 014) ("GCW", "TAP GAMES", "we", "us", "our").
1.3 By accessing or using the Platform, you ("User", "Player") agree to be legally bound by these Terms.
2. NATURE OF THE PLATFORM (SKILL-BASED DECLARATION)
2.1 TAP GAMES provides skill-based digital competitions.
2.2 All paid competitions are:
- 100% skill-based
- Determined by reaction speed, accuracy, and consistency
- Not determined by chance, luck, or random outcomes
2.3 The Platform is designed to operate as a competitive skill environment, where:
- All players receive identical gameplay conditions
- Outcomes are determined solely by player performance
2.4 Users acknowledge and agree:
- No outcome is guaranteed
- Success depends entirely on individual skill
- TAP GAMES does not provide any form of wagering or gambling service
3. COMPLIANCE POSITION (IMPORTANT LEGAL NOTICE)
3.1 Users acknowledge that:
- A service is only considered gambling under Australian law if it includes consideration, prize, and chance
- TAP GAMES competitions are structured to exclude any element of chance
3.2 TAP GAMES expressly prohibits and rejects:
- Any classification as a gambling service
- Any reliance on chance-based outcomes
3.3 Users agree that:
- Their participation is based solely on skill performance
- They are entering a competitive skill contest, not gambling
4. ELIGIBILITY
4.1 Tournament Mode:
- Must be 18 years or older
4.2 Practice Mode:
- Available to all users
4.3 Users must:
- Provide accurate account information
- Not use multiple accounts to gain advantage
5. GAME STRUCTURE
5.1 Entry
- Entry fee: USD $75
- Includes: 75 attempts (5 attempts per round from round 1 to 15)
5.2 Gameplay
- Each round 1 to 15 = 5 attempts per round
- Each round ends on a Snap Cue
- Players must tap the Snap button as fast as possible
5.3 Penalties
- Early snap = +1 second penalty
6. TOURNAMENT MECHANICS
6.1 Competition Duration
Each competition will remain open for a period of ninety (90) days from the official competition opening date.
6.2 Full 15-Round Knockout Tournament
A full fifteen (15) round knockout tournament requires a total of 32,768 competitors within the applicable 90-day competition period.
If 32,768 competitors are reached, the following knockout tournament prize structure will apply:

6.3 Reduced Tournament Structures
If fewer than 32,768 competitors enter within the applicable 90-day competition period, the knockout tournament structure and prize pool will automatically adjust based on the total number of eligible competitors entered.
A. 14-Round Knockout Tournament
A fourteen (14) round knockout tournament will apply where the competition reaches a total of 16,384 competitors within the applicable 90-day competition period.

B. 13-Round Knockout Tournament
A thirteen (13) round knockout tournament will apply where the competition reaches a total of 8,192 competitors within the applicable 90-day competition period.

C. 12-Round Knockout Tournament
A twelve (12) round knockout tournament will apply where the competition reaches a total of 4,096 competitors within the applicable 90-day competition period.

6.4 Leaderboard-Only Competitions
If a competition receives 4,095 competitors or fewer during the applicable 90-day competition period, no knockout tournament structure will apply.
In such circumstances, only the following live leaderboard prizes will be awarded:

6.5 Submission
A player's fastest time for each round 1 to 15 will automatically be entered into the applicable competition structure. For a player to be eligible to compete in any tournament, they are required to complete at least 1 attempt in each of the rounds 1 to 15.
6.6 Knockout Progression
Where a knockout tournament applies:
- Each round eliminates the bottom 50% of competitors
- The top 50% of competitors progress to the next round
- Progression is determined solely by recorded performance times
6.7 Prize Eligibility
All prizes are subject to:
- Verification procedures
- Compliance with these Terms
- Anti-cheat and integrity checks
- All other applicable Platform rules and enforcement procedures
7. TIEBREAK SYSTEM (STRICTLY SKILL-BASED)
In the event of identical times:
- Fastest total 15-round time
- Fastest average across all attempts
- Fastest next round comparison
- Continue sequential comparison until resolved
⚠️ No random selection is ever used
8. ANTI-CHEAT, FRAUD & MANIPULATION
8.1 Users must not:
- Hack, exploit, or tamper with the system
- Use bots, scripts, or automation
- Manipulate device performance or input timing
- Attempt to falsify reaction times
9. ENFORCEMENT & PENALTIES
If a breach is suspected or confirmed:
9.1 TAP GAMES may:
- Disqualify results
- Withhold or cancel prizes
- Permanently ban the user
- Reverse tournament outcomes
- Reallocate prizes to next eligible player
9.2 Serious breaches may result in:
- Legal action
- Financial recovery proceedings
- Referral to law enforcement
10. PERFORMANCE VERIFICATION (CRITICAL PROTECTION CLAUSE)
10.1 TAP GAMES reserves the absolute right to verify any winning player.
10.2 Verification may include:
- In-person testing
- Remote supervised testing
- Use of TAP GAMES controlled devices
10.3 Requirement: Player must demonstrate reaction performance within 20% variance of submitted competition times.
10.4 Failure to comply may result in:
- Immediate disqualification
- Forfeiture of prize
- Lifetime ban
10.5 Users acknowledge:
- Winning is conditional upon verification
- No prize is guaranteed until verification is complete
11. NO GUARANTEE OF WINNING
11.1 Users acknowledge:
- Entry does not guarantee any prize
- Performance must meet competitive thresholds
- Outcomes depend entirely on skill
12. PAYMENT & PRIZES
12.1 All prizes:
- Paid in USD
- Subject to verification
12.2 TAP GAMES reserves the right to:
- Delay payouts for investigation
- Withhold payments in case of suspected breach
13. PLATFORM FAIRNESS STATEMENT
13.1 TAP GAMES is committed to:
- Equal conditions for all players
- Server-verified timing (7 decimal places)
- Transparent and consistent gameplay
13.2 Any attempt to compromise fairness will be treated as a serious breach.
14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
14.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- TAP GAMES is not liable for losses arising from participation
- No liability for technical issues, latency, or device performance
14.2 Users accept: Participation is at their own risk.
15. TERMINATION
TAP GAMES may:
- Suspend or terminate accounts at its sole discretion
- Remove access without notice for any breach
16. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia.
Users submit to the jurisdiction of Western Australian courts.
17. PROTECTION CLAUSE
17.1 These Terms are designed to:
- Preserve the integrity of skill-based competition
- Protect all players equally
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws
17.2 If any part of these Terms is deemed invalid, remaining provisions remain enforceable.
18. CHANGES TO TERMS
18.1 TAP GAMES reserves the absolute right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion.
18.2 Changes may be made for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Legal or regulatory requirements
- Platform improvements
- Game mechanics or competition structure changes
- Fraud prevention and security enhancements
18.3 Updated Terms will take effect immediately upon being published on the Platform unless otherwise stated.
18.4 Your continued use of the Platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
18.5 TAP GAMES is not required to provide individual notice of changes, and it is your responsibility to review the Terms regularly.
18.6 If you do not agree to any updated Terms, your sole remedy is to cease using the Platform.
